General Notes: The first record for James Reynolds was located in the 1828 Dublin Almanac; page 116, which listed a James Reynolds, Cutler, 109 Coombe (may also be listing for his father, James). He appears in subsequent Dublin City directories at: 13 Fishamble St. (1837); St Brides St, (1844) near St. Patrick's Cathedral, occupation; Cutler and Surgeon's Artist; 2 Mount Pleasant Ave Uppr (1858) and "4 York St", presumably a commercial premise.

His death certificate was filed at Dublin South District of Rathmines and was buried at Mount Jerome Cemetery 25 Dec 1869. His name was given as James Reynolds, age 68, disease; "Disease of the Brain", Attestation: Revd. C.B. Johnston and John Reynolds. Residence at time of death was; 1 Richmond Pl, Ranelagh, Dublin. Also buried at grave site # 52 were; Jane Reynolds (wife), William Johnston (son-in-law), James Johnston (grandson), Catherine Byrne (sister), and Mrs. Elizabeth Johnston (daughter).

General Notes: At the 1861 England Census she was at the residence of John Boyd Reynolds' (brother). She gave her occupation as; "Assistant". Her husband, Humphrey BURNE who died 1886, left her an estate valued at £1,693-6-2. She received £250 inheritance in the 16 Nov 1910 Will of her sister Annie (my sister Mrs. Margaret Reynolds or Beckett). At the 1901 Ireland Census she gave her name as Margaret Beckett, age 68 and a widow. Also at residence was a servant. At the 1911 census her name was given as Margaret Dodd-Beckett, age 78, born Dublin, a widow and an annuitant.
