<-----Back to MainPage Affordable Housing Development Allapattah Business Development Authority ABDA develops housing that is affordable to low incomepersons. It focuses on homeownership since that strategy builds long term community stability and allows residents to build family wealth. In 1998 ABDA developed the Fern Isle Garden Condominiums, a complex consisting of fifty two (52) units (both 2 and 3 bedrooms) located at 1320 NW 24th Ave. The project has been completed and has been completely sold to low income residents. Ralph Plaza Condominiums was completed in October of 2002. It is located at 1618 NW 38 Street and consists of twenty one (21) three bedroom units. Ralph Plaza II is under construction (as of March 2005). It consists of 30 affordable homeownership condominium units.
