    • Your assignment is to prepare a statutory warranty deed at the request of a client that will convey title to real property.  The document must be consistent with the form for a statutory warranty deed that is described in Chapter 689.02 Florida Statutes.

    • Legal Description

        • Parcel Identification Number: 08-2122-003-1820
        Lot 43 and 44, Block 10, of MAGNOLIA SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recordedin Plat Book 40, at Page 80, of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida

    • Consideration:  "$10 and other valuable consideration"

    • The Mack LLC's manager will be the person executing the deed on behalf of the Grantor
