  • Client wants to leverage experience and relationships gained in a nonprofit job training program that taught textile manufacturing skills

  • The business will sell parachutes to the US Army. Contracts will be won with the help of the SBA's "Section 8 Set Aside Program" for minority businesses

  • Client's uncle and brother will be the initial investors.  Additional investors will be brought in at a later date.

  • Agreement with nonprofit employer to use its facilities to assemble parachutes for the initial procurement contract.
