The City of Miami's East Little Havana community has been ground zero
for much of the immigration to South Florida over the past 30 years. The people
of East Little Havana, today, are primarily recent immigrants from from central
and south america. The neighborhood has many problems associated with poverty. East
Little Havana CDC is working to change that.
